Movement & Breath class

  • Bravestone Project 3080 Interstate 70 Business Loop Grand Junction, Colorado, 81504 United States (map)

This class is designed specifically for social workers, case managers, and other care providers who carry the weight of their work in their bodies. Through guided breathwork, gentle mobility exercises, and somatic movement practices, participants will be supported in releasing tension, regulating their nervous system, and processing the emotional residue of their work.

No prior movement experience is required. This practice is fully accessible and adaptable to all body types, physical abilities, and comfort levels.  Modifications are always available, and you are always invited to move in ways that feel right for you. This class is being taught by Cameron Lovett and will be held at Reverent Rhythms.

It is $20 per person with the proceeds going to Bravestone Project.
